NASHVILLE, TN – [June 20, 2025] – Nashville-based rock band FOUST is proud to announce the release of their new single, “SUNS,” available worldwide on July 11, 2025, via 1840 Music Group / Glen Rock Records.
Written by Christopher Foust (lead vocals/guitar) and songwriter Dani Felt, “SUNS” is a sprawling, emotionally charged rock anthem that merges cinematic soundscapes with gritty guitar work and soaring vocals. Entirely performed, produced, and arranged by Foust himself, the track captures the core of the band’s evolving sonic identity—blending the raw energy of rock with the polish of modern alternative production.
“SUNS is about the magnetic forces we feel toward people and moments we can’t explain,” says Foust. “It’s spiritual, it’s cinematic, it’s personal—and it’s loud.”
Musically, “SUNS” draws inspiration from acts like Incubus and 30 Seconds to Mars, while showcasing Foust’s powerhouse vocal delivery reminiscent of Prince, along with one of his signature guitar solos—expressive, melodic, and relentless.
FOUST first made waves with the 2020 EP Revival and follow-up singles like “Fashion” and “This Chariot Is On Fire.” Known for their genre-blending approach and intense live performances, the band continues to push boundaries with “SUNS”—a track made for late-night drives, festival stages, and rock playlists alike.
